Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

Overview

The front desk is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. We are seeking a highly motivated Front Desk Supervisor to oversee and manage our front desk operations ensuring a high standard of customer service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the reception area is welcoming and well-organised
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Oversee check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
  • Supervise reception staff including scheduling rotas to ensure consistent front desk coverage
  • Maintain booking systems with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and health & safety regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations
  • Act as the first point of contact for externally contracted cleaners across all sites
  • Identify and implement improvements to reception processes and the client experience

Requirements

We are looking for a skilled and experienced team leader who can provide exceptional leadership skills a customer-focused approach and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (60mins lunch)
