This is an exciting opportunity to join Sky Data team as Strategy and Transformation Manager based at either London or Edinburgh. As an integral part of the team, who are responsible for the overall strategic transformation and operational running of the Sky Data team; you will work for the Head of Transformation and support them in driving the delivery and implementation of strategic change initiatives and programmes. This role involves working across the Group territories including UK, Germany and Italy.

We are an international team working with our stakeholders our partners to curate the most effective and efficient customer-led operating model. What you'll do:
- Strategy Development and Operating Model Design: Work in close partnership with the Head of Transformation and the Leadership Team to define Sky Data's future vision and strategy, understand the implication of the choices on our operating model and develop a transformation roadmap to bring efficiencies and transform ways of working- Transformation Management: Work in collaboration with the business to manage to understand and close the gap between the current state and the future state. Utilise tools and techniques and work with communications to drive understanding and adoption of changes- Co-ordination and Facilitation: Work across the organisation to support the Leadership team to enable the transformation

- An expert in bringing people together, working across all levels in the business and territories, to drive towards a common goal, able to adjust style to influence different types of people- Passion for cultivating long-term relationships with key stakeholders and partners- An excellent and enthusiastic communicator at all levels: credible with Directors and have a strong track record of delivery- A change and transformation expert with ability to translate Strategic ideas into initiatives and deliverable plan- You have a can-do attitude and enjoy learning new things.- A problem-solver, resilient, with the tenacity and relationship skills to overcome barriers to delivery.- You have an analytical mind-set and are able to translate complex technical information into coherent simple frameworks, solutions and strategies- An ambassador for Sky, seeking out opportunities to share our story, build our employer brand & reputation to enable us to grow our own talent.
