What you'll do

Global OTT Technology

Our team develops and supports market-leading video streaming services, underpinned by innovative engineering principles. We do this at scale. No matter the device, the time or the place, we make sure that our diverse audiences can easily find and enjoy whatever they want to watch, choosing from the world's best entertainment, news and sport.

In joining the Global OTT Product Strategy & Transformation team, you will craft and lead a wide portfolio of exciting new initiatives to improve our products and deliver a world class experience to our millions of customers:

- Lead strategic projects that transform our OTT businesses across Europe, balancing priorities and making sound trade-offs
- Shape the initiation of projects, defining the scope/approach. ensuring a clear rationale, defining the governance and reporting structure
- Analyse and solve high-impact problems for our Product organisation using a highly structured, logical approach
- Craft concise, tailored messaging and present robust, practical recommendations to leadership to obtain their agreement
- Provide constructive challenge those around you to push beyond the status quo
- Lead and develop a small team effectively, aligning projects to their motivations and development plans
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders of varying levels of seniority

What you'll bring
- The vision, drive, diplomacy and the ability to make things happen in an environment of ambiguity, complexity and multiple stakeholders
- The ability to influence others in the absence of any direct authority: influencing others' view effectively and managing conflict assertively and fairly
- Significant experience within management consultancy or large blue-chip driving cross functional transformations and / or operating models
- A highly collaborative style and able to thrive in a team environment
- The ability to communicate (and listen) at all levels, being able to translate messages in a straightforward and simple manner, whether written or verbal
- A thorough, structured approach to problem solving - able to decompose and simplify complex problems
- A results-orientated mind-set and able to evidence meeting significant goals, targets and deadlines
- (Ideally, but not necessarily) experience working within the media / technology sector/ experience

Your office space

Osterley

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.

On campus, you'll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed, and even get pampered at our beauty salon.
