Want to create a smooth and uninterrupted digital experience for millions of customers? Then our Group Technology Digital Transformation is the team for you. Agile, collaborative, data-driven and diverse, our team works on brilliant products like NOW and Peacock. That's not even the best part. We get to build our own software and our work has a global stage. Our team also delivers exceptional customer experiences and defines digital first propositions in customer journeys across all channels.- Work closely with our leadership team to define, scope and shape the Digital Transformation agenda- Provide leadership on key strategic discussions and decisions that will shape the future our digital strategy- Collaborate with our Product and Technology leaders to support strategy and prioritization recommendations and decisions- Lead the data transformation - working closely with our product, technology and commercial teams to transform how we utilise data for reporting, analysis and within our customer journeys- Develop exec level recommendations and proposals and influence senior stakeholders across multiple countries- Contribute to the shaping of the digital experiences that form the experience we bring to Sky's customers across Europe and to NBC Universal's customers in the US.- You lead key pieces of work that will influence our product plans and the associated operating model informed by understanding market trends, business value and customer outcomes

What you'll bring- Proven track record influencing and working with decision makers to drive strategic decisions- Significant experience and ability to develop and drive transformation in technology- A passion for data, with experience using large-scale analytics and data to shape business decisions; ideally understanding of personalisation and experimentation for driving customer and business outcomes.- You'll be able to demonstrate having built relationships with stakeholders from a diverse range of disciplines, cultures and geographies- Demonstrable experience of having built effective and trusted relationships with senior stakeholders- Confident communication skills across a broad technology and business landscape.- Highly collaborative style and able to thrive in a team with experience of operating in a matrix structure, in fast paced organisations.

Osterley

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.

On campus, you'll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed, and even get pampered at our beauty salon.
