Job Title: Strategic Growth Director

The Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop a career as a media strategist.

You will seek insights from culture, economy, people, behavior, and connections, combining these with great platform and touchpoint understanding to inspire media strategies that deliver business outcomes.

Evidence-based planning is key, and creativity is our goal.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the National Strategy team and local client teams to provide consultative, higher-end strategic thinking to clients.
  • Link your great insights through channel planning, connecting deeply with the investment team.
  • Simplify complex ideas to bring clarity of thought and action for all to understand.

Key Relationships

  • Strategy Director and Client Leaders.
  • Clients - predominantly Marketing and Brand Managers.
  • Client's creative agency Strategists and Planners.
  • Directors and managers of departments - mainly Marketplace, Performance, and Client Leaders.
  • Key media and technology vendors, particularly their strategists.

You'll Be Doing This

  • Conduct market research on media consumption patterns for different markets and audiences.
  • Take high-level communications tasks and identify how a brand should behave differently.
  • Concept and develop culturally relevant connection ideas that live in media environments.
  • Help write go-to-market strategies for the launch of communication campaigns utilizing various channels, targeting tactics, partners, and data providers.
  • Build out a connections framework for a category across all levels of a decision journey.
  • Mine client, purchase journey, and consumer data to uncover insights and inform decision-making.
  • Help prepare and deliver presentations to clients with your media findings and recommendations.
  • Aid in educating clients and internal stakeholders on media innovation trends and potential.
