**The role**

Crown Gifts is curated with a luxury collection of Crown exclusive products, including bedding, homewares, candles, gift sets and gift cards. The Sales Coordinator is the first point of contact of Crown Gifts - delivering a high standard of customer service, store presentation and merchandise display.

We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join the Crown Gifts team.

In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Deliver a high level of quality customer service and effectively handle customer complaints.
- Process and pack online and instore Gift Card orders and merchandise purchases.
- Provide detailed knowledge of Crown's packages, promotions and stock.

**About you**

You'll bring the following:

- Previous experience in a similar retail or customer service position.
- Excellent communication skills and exceptional grooming standards to meet 5 star expectations.
- Confidence and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

**Additional Information**:
This role requires flexibility to work around a 7-day rotating roster, including some Public holidays weekends.

To be successful, you will hold full Australian working rights.
