Key Responsibilities Send broadcast summary and post-time reports to clients and reps.
Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems.
Monitor order status and communicate updates to clients and the sales team.
Manage and organise sales-related documents and files.
Schedule and coordinate travel arrangements for the sales team.
Assist in the coordination of sales meetings, events, trade shows, and conferences.
Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.
Assist with air checks, broadcast summaries and post times Complete Reach & Frequencies and Average Audience figures for clients and reps via ESP & GFK; Creating, Submitting and revising booking forms on behalf of reps About You You have experience in the Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel).
You bring a high level of passion to want to learn and innovate to make the team's day to day easier and smoother.
Highly desirable is a year at least of experience in a media sales support role.
Interpersonally, you are an effective communicator, and problem solver capable of working with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external to achieve results.
You are excited by helping others succeed, working hard but having fun along the way.
