We have an opportunity for the appointment of a Capital Projects Team Leader to join the Capital Projects team at Korvest Ltd.

**Your new role**:
Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, the Capital Projects Team Leader oversees a small team responsible for end-to-end design and project management of capital projects. This role actively provides design and engineering, development of machines leading to process improvements, communication with relevant internal and external stakeholders, ensures safety and compliance with relevant Australian Standards and conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.

**Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to**:

- Development of capital project scopes, including timing plans and budgets, obtaining agreement from all stakeholders
- Enact, monitor and report project progress
- Manage internal and external labour requirements
- Clear and active communication with internal departments
- Ensure all works are carried out safely, with relevant protocols (i.e. JSAs, SOPs etc.) complied with
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
- Mechanical design and commissioning of capital projects
- Ensuring engineering designs, drawings and specifications comply with regulations

**You will bring**:
**Trade or Manufacturing background (highly regarded)
- A relevant engineering qualification
- Previous experience in running projects (Project Management qualification desirable)
- Experience using CAD
- Demonstrated computer and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment where work is shared to achieve deadlines and respond to changing priorities
