We are seeking a Capital Campaign Professional to lead the next phase of our $8M landmark project.

The Role
  • Lead and deliver the campaign end-to-end, ensuring the target is achieved.
  • Build and manage relationships with high-value donors across Australia.
  • Develop tailored proposals and stewardship plans that align donor motivations with campaign priorities.
  • Identify new major donor prospects.
  • Coordinate with external consultants, ensuring strategies are executed effectively.
  • Provide clear updates to stakeholders at critical points of the campaign.
About You / Qualifications
  • Proven experience in capital campaigns or high-value fundraising.
  • Demonstrated success in securing significant gifts from individual donors.
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to align donor motivations to organisational priorities.
  • Excellent relationship management, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Professional presence, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive donor materials.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a self-directed role, while also collaborating with a national team.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for donor meetings and campaign events.
