- Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand. Our clients are the owners and operators of assets that are critical to our local communities. Ventia has been awarded a new water contract to deliver preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance along with Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentational services across the Seqwater network.- Ventia will provide service excellence across 35 water treatment plants, 95 pump stations and 26 referable dams.**What We Offer You**:

- The Capital Works Supervisor will coordinate, direct and supervise works including planning and allocation of labour, plant and materials required to complete works, leading a team of trades and support staff throughout South East Queensland.**Key Responsibilities**- Lead a team of Mechanical & Electrical trades across scheduled capital works projects-
- Work with Planners to schedule resources, plant and equipment, travel, and materials to execute the Maintenance Plan.-
- Supervise and manage resources, materials and labour across allocated works-
- Perform administrative tasks - timesheets, scoping documents, safety processes, reporting and compliance-
- Providing coaching and support to crews-
- Reporting activities relating to planned works, completed, risks and issues, with a focus on ongoing improvement of processes to support delivery.**About You**- Trade Certificate in electrical, mechanical and or similar-
- Experience in supervising and managing capital works programs (Advantageous)-
- Ability to travel across various sites to ensure delivery of works-
- Intermediate IT proficiencies for reporting and programme purposes**Diversity**
