Undertake comprehensive and innovative research and analysis to assist the team in delivering robust evidence-based advice to clientsProvide critical thinking and analysis on a range of qualitative and quantitative data sources and informationPrepare and develop high quality, comprehensive written reports, presentations, and other outputsAttend client briefings, document project parameters and provide ongoing consultation including in relation to timeframes.Develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and clientsContinue to develop property market knowledge and remain abreast of current financial and economic developments.Position RequirementsQualifications in Property, Economics or a related degreeExperience in a Property, Economics or Planning consulting environmentExtensive understanding of the national property market and its sub sectorsExcellent property market research and data analysis capabilityExperience in client facing roles (internal & external)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsDisciplined and organised with strong attention to detailIfyou would like to work in a team focused and professional work environment, we encourage you to apply.
