  • Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking an experienced Market Research Analyst to undertake comprehensive and innovative research and analysis in property markets.
  • The successful candidate will provide critical thinking and analysis on a range of qualitative and quantitative data sources and information.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and other outputs that meet client needs.
  • Attend client briefings, document project parameters and provide ongoing consultation.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and clients.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of the national property market and its sub-sectors.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Property, Economics or related field.
  • Experience in a similar role within property consulting.
  • Extensive understanding of the national property market.
  • Excellent research and data analysis skills.
  • Clients facing experience (internal & external).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
