This growth role is for a Research Consultant – quant leaning with a qualitative twist

• Identifying meaningful segments, defining priority audiences, and projecting future behaviours
• Helping brands define their purpose, position, and cultural relevance

• Spotting unmet needs, shaping ideas, and guiding innovation

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Be client-facing - you'll jump onto a portfolio of amazing accounts
• Help unpack client problems and design tailored quant research frameworks
• Own end-to-end quant projects - design frameworks, surveys, and analyse data
• Synthesise insights and contextualise them within broader strategy
• Create inspiring, commercially relevant narratives and strategies
• Get hands-on with qual too - from depth interviews to multi-method projects
• Bring creativity, curiosity and passion to every brief

What do you need to apply?

• Around 2+ years' experience in consumer insights or strategy
• Background in a market research consultancy or agency environment
• Strong quantitative research skills - across ad hoc and tracking (e.g. brand equity, U&A, segmentations, CX, NPD)
• Passion for strategy and turning data into business impact
• Excellent analytical ability and ideally confident using Q or a similar stats package
