Your Responsibilities

  • Manage a well-maintained residential portfolio with the support of leasing consultants, assistants, and offshore admin

  • Build and nurture strong landlord and renter relationships with clear, consistent communication

  • Oversee routine inspections, maintenance coordination, lease renewals, arrears, and compliance processes

  • Contribute ideas and collaborate with a forward-thinking team on how we can continue to lead in property management

  • Deliver exceptional service with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property management (Melbourne market preferred)

  • A strong communicator who can build trust with landlords and renters alike

  • A problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and doesn't shy away from a challenge

  • A growth mindset—you're always learning and improving, and you're proactive about it

  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

  • Current Agent's Rep Certificate and driver's licence
