ECONOMICS & RESEARCH AT GAPMAPS

THE ROLE
  • Support in-depth international and domestic market research.
  • Perform supply and demand analysis, forecasting, and modelling to uncover trends and business opportunities.
  • Interpret and report on qualitative and quantitative data to produce compelling insights for clients.
  • Contribute to client workshops, presentations, and collaborative sessions.
  • Help build and refine new data-driven products, tools, and evaluation methods.
  • Support the business to provide strategic advice to clients using location intel and support their decision-making with confidence.
  • Partner with senior Advisory Directors to support and deliver consulting projects globally.

YOU WILL HAVE
  • 2 years of experience in a relevant research, economics, consulting, or property analytics role.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Commerce, Property Economics or a related field.
  • Intermediate or Advanced Excel and data modelling skills
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Clear communicator with strong presentation and report-writing skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for solving complex problems and delivering client value.

  • Have impeccable relationship building skills and experience working with high-touch individuals
  • Communicate confidently and effectively, both written and verbally, with internal and external stakeholders, and at all levels,

  • Can demonstrate autonomous problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task and not be one-dimensional
