We are seeking a skilled professional to undertake comprehensive and innovative research and analysis, providing robust evidence-based advice to clients.
The ideal candidate will have extensive understanding of the national property market and its sub sectors, as well as excellent property market research and data analysis capability.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough research and analysis on various qualitative and quantitative data sources.
- Develop high quality, comprehensive written reports, presentations, and other outputs.
- Provide critical thinking and analysis on complex data sets.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Qualifications in Property, Economics or a related degree.
- Experience in a Property, Economics or Planning consulting environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Disciplined and organised with strong attention to detail.
