At Mecca Property Group, we are looking for a Junior Property Consultant to join our high-performing team. This role is the perfect launchpad for someone hungry to build a career in real estate and step into a Senior Consultant position within 18 months.

The RoleReporting to our Director and Senior Property Consultants, you'll play a key role in supporting our acquisitions team and delivering outstanding client results.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing on-market, off-market and pre-market opportunities via calls, emails, and agent networks
- Conducting due diligence on investment properties, following our proven processes
- Evaluating property value, rental potential, and cash flow against client briefs
- Preparing reports and supporting materials for Senior Consultants to present to clients
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and following up with agents and clients
- Supporting clients throughout the acquisition journey with professionalism and care
- Cert IV in Real Estate (or currently working towards it)
- At least 1 year of experience in a related role (buyers agency, sales, property management) or understanding property investmenting.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Passion for property, with high attention to detail and a proactive mindset
