As a Client Relationship Management Consultant at Hudson, you will use your expert skills in technology recruitment solutions and market intelligence on salaries and employment trends to be a trusted partner to your clients.

Your role will be integral to assist our Federal Government clients to achieve greater efficiency and solve organisational problems through talent and resources that underpin the execution of policy and digital transformation objectives.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Business development and client management - partnering with your portfolio of Federal Government clients
- Engagement with the IT industry to understand their resourcing needs and hiring challenges and to create business opportunities
- Build relationships with key clients to be invited to procurement opportunities to support their talent acquisition strategies within their budget, especially as it relates to labour hire
- Assist clients to improve on their current hiring strategies, processes, workforce planning and organisational structures.
- Support key clients to maximise effective and productive attraction and retention strategies
- Achieve ongoing and continuous improvement of client's workforce
