OverviewPublic Sector People is recruiting for Multiple Customer Service Officers on behalf of a Local Government Department.
This role is a temporary position with potential for extension.
The Customer Service team is focused on improving services to the community and assisting other service units to improve service delivery in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.About The RoleAs a Customer Service Officer, you will respond accurately to inbound customer inquiries and promptly address issues, questions and complaints with the goal of first point of call resolution.
