Overview

Medilaw is part of MedHealth, a collection of health, medical, and employment brands. Medilaw provides independent medical opinions and specialist services to insurers, employers, self-insured companies, and the legal profession. We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Customer Services Officer with experience in customer service administration to support customers with advice and arrange appointments with our specialist consultant team.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with customers to plan and implement agreed services
  • Schedule appointments
  • Maintain busy inboxes with queries, appointments, and non-appointment services
  • Provide administrative and operational support to consultant practitioners
  • Provide information and advice to customers or prospective customers
  • Undertake other tasks for the Client Services team and support the wider team
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful personal approach
  • Strong prioritisation skills with flexibility
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
