We're seeking to appoint an experienced Customer Service Officer to support our CBD-based client.
Immediate start
This is a fast-paced role, where you'll be required to provide exceptional customer service to clients by managing inquiries, bookings, complaints, and service coordination in a professional and timely manner.
We're ideally looking for someone who can demonstrate at least 5 years success in a similar role including service coordination and a background in the waste, warehouse, logistics, transport or resource sectors.
CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
Start: Immediate
Hours: Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)
Duration: Temp to Perm
Rate: $35-38 per hour (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Provide accurate information about services, pricing, schedules, and waste disposal regulations.
Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Schedule waste collection services and liaise with operations to ensure timely execution.
Maintain accurate records of customer requests, service changes, and feedback.
Monitor service delivery and follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction.
Update customer profiles and service logs in the CRM system.
Generate service reports, invoices, and documentation as required.
Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks to support the team.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a customer service role that includes service coordination.
A background working in the waste, warehouse, logistics, transport or resource sectors.
Outstanding written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to the delivery of superior customer service.
Strong organisational and time management abilities, with an ability to juggle multiple and conflicting tasks.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
National Police Clearance (within 6 months) or willingness to obtain.
