We're seeking to appoint an experienced Customer Service Officer to support our CBD-based client. Immediate start

This is a fast-paced role, where you'll be required to provide exceptional customer service to clients by managing inquiries, bookings, complaints, and service coordination in a professional and timely manner.

We're ideally looking for someone who can demonstrate at least 5 years success in a similar role including service coordination and a background in the waste, warehouse, logistics, transport or resource sectors.

: $35-38 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide accurate information about services, pricing, schedules, and waste disposal regulations.
  • Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule waste collection services and liaise with operations to ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer requests, service changes, and feedback.
  • Monitor service delivery and follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction.
  • Update customer profiles and service logs in the CRM system.
  • Generate service reports, invoices, and documentation as required.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks to support the team.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a customer service role that includes service coordination.
  • A background working in the waste, warehouse, logistics, transport or resource sectors.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to the delivery of superior customer service.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, with an ability to juggle multiple and conflicting tasks.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • National Police Clearance (within 6 months) or willingness to obtain.
