You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing pragmatic advice, navigating industrial reforms, managing complex cases, and ensuring compliance with pay and entitlements.

This role requires a deep understanding of the Australian Workplace Relations System and experience applying employment legislation, HR policies, and governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years of experience in a focused Workplace/Employee Relations role within the Human Resources job family. Key skills include proficiency in using economic, financial, market, and data insights to drive initiatives, commercial acumen for influencing key decision-makers, strong communication skills for interacting at all organizational levels, and excellent planning and project management abilities.
