Exceptional ER Advisors are sought to join a dynamic Head Office team in a high-performing HR environment.

This client-facing role involves working with Managers and employees over the phone and on-site across various locations.

The successful candidate will initially work on a 12-month contract with opportunities for extension or permanency.

The Employee Relations (ER) Advisor will provide superior guidance on people issues in line with organisational policies and practices.

  • Establishing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Educating leaders on appropriate practices and processes, including performance reviews and management
  • Developing and implementing Workplace Relations projects such as policy writing and training initiatives

We seek an experienced HR professional who has previously worked within an HR Advisor or ER Advisory capacity, demonstrating strong communication and influencing skills. Candidates should have handled providing advice around HR & ER matters from within medium to large organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

    1. Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    2. Educating leaders on appropriate practices and processes, including performance reviews and management.

    3. Developing and implementing Workplace Relations projects such as policy writing and training initiatives.
