**About the role**:
Join our dynamic sales team as a National Business Development professional, focusing on selling NHP Medium Voltage Solutions to customers in growing and emerging industry segments.
Reporting to our Specialist Sales Manager, your role will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Ideally, you will be based in Victoria or New South Wales for this position.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Identify and engage with potential customers to promote our Medium Voltage solutions
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, where you will build and maintain strong relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote NHP and network with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
- Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
**Ideally you will have / be**:
- Previous experience in Sales, Business Development and Medium Voltage products
- Experience operating a CRM database or similar
- An ability to 'listen to the customer' & translate needs into business solutions
- Outstanding communicator who thrives on building strong customer relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
