Job Description

This is a rare chance to lead a national sales team in a fast-growing, innovation-driven medical business. You will drive strategy, influence growth, and play a key role in shaping the future of medical technologies in Australia.

As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and refining a comprehensive national sales approach. This includes driving new business opportunities, directly influencing the success and expansion of cutting-edge medical solutions, and working in a collaborative environment with a supportive leadership team.

Key responsibilities include leading and managing all sales strategies and activities to achieve revenue and margin targets, developing and implementing a comprehensive national sales approach, monitoring targets, forecasting sales, and maintaining CRM and reporting systems.

The ideal candidate will have proven ability to lead and motivate sales and technical teams, strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business insight. They will also have extended experience in medical or allied industries with data-driven territory planning, familiarity with medical imaging or healthcare technologies, and excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build customer relationships.

  • Sales expertise: Extended experience in medical or allied industries with data-driven territory planning.
