We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Strategist to spearhead our national business development efforts.
About the PositionThis role will be responsible for crafting and implementing a 3-year Cross-Functional Strategy that aligns with customer category plans, driving joint value creation through collaborative business planning.
Main Responsibilities- Foster Strategic Partnerships by developing aligned 3-Year Category Growth Strategies and annual Joint Category Plans.
- Lead cross-functional business planning initiatives within the organization to deliver annual JCP's.
- Demonstrate expertise in Execution and Implementation of plans to ensure positive outcomes.
- Pursue Win-Win Negotiations to achieve best outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with proven track record of success.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive joint value creation.
- Collaborate with customers to deliver annual Joint Category Plans.
- E nsure seamless execution of plans to achieve positive results.
