**Your new opportunity**:
Lead the development and growth of Penske product penetration in the rail market across Australia and New Zealand by working directly with customers, the branch network and original equipment manufacturers (OEM).

Preferred location is Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.

In this role you will:

- Develop and implement a strategic business plan to increase the penetration of Penske products and activities in the Rail segment
- Develop product/segment plans targeting new products and business opportunities
- Build effective relationships with the main customers & OEMs
- Ensure effective relationships/information exchange with factory personnel and sharing of information to branches
- Work effectively with branches to realise targets
- Actively call on key accounts in conjunction with appropriate branch and sales staff

**About you**:

- Understanding and experience of the Rail market and associated Penske products
- Strong communicator who can provide guidance and share knowledge across all levels of the business
- Demonstrated negotiation and presentation skills
- Previous experience growing a market/product segment through direct interactions with customers
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team player who can work effectively with regional sales teams and the branch network
