Programmed Rail is currently seeking motivated individuals interested in a Business Administration Traineeship located in Port Melbourne.

Programmed Rail are offering an opportunity for motivated individuals interested in a Business Administration Traineeship program. You will be provided with full training, both on and off the job, and paid study time towards you achieving a **Certificate III in Business Administration** specialising in Office Administration and Customer Service. This 18-month opportunity is based in Port Melbourne.

**Duties Include**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and suppliers
- Document management and processing (filing, scanning etc.)
- Data entry
- Prepare reports, documents, and spreadsheets
- Additional administration duties as required

**About You**:

- Positive and proactive attitude
- Prides themselves on having an eye for detail
- Is committed, reliable and hardworking
- Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks
- Works effectively as part of a team and under limited supervision
- Showcases initiative and an ability to problem solve

**Role Requirements**:

- Strong computer knowledge
- Ability to build rapport with a variety of people and groups
- A commitment to follow occupational health and safety in the work environment
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical
- Ability to undertake a National Police Check
