We are seeking a seasoned Rail Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering successful rail projects.
About the Role:
- Oversee the development and implementation of rail design and construction plans, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and train junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge in rail project management.
- Foster collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive project success.
Key Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in leading rail projects from initiation to completion, with a strong track record of delivery.
- Strong technical background in engineering or a related field, preferably with chartered status.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
