About the Rail Operations Role

The primary objective of this position is to manage rail operations and planning in a safe, efficient, and environmentally sensitive manner.

This involves close customer consultation and implementing, monitoring, and reporting of rail services and train operations in accordance with company requirements.

Responsibilities include leading and embedding a safety culture, mentoring employee consultation programs, and developing compliance plans. Additionally, tasks involve creating weekly schedules, managing QUBE CONNECT, and reviewing resource allocations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role, along with reliability, teamwork, and a can-do attitude. Commercial acumen and customer service skills are also required.

Operational Leadership:

Key Qualifications:
