Our company offers an exciting opportunity to join a team of experts who are responsible for implementing our platform with customers.

Job Description

As a Payroll Implementation Consultant, you will be the primary contact point for customers during implementations and work in a project team alongside Project Managers, HR Implementation Consultants and Platform Configuration Specialists to deliver great outcomes for our customers.

Change management and stakeholder engagement will be key areas of focus for this role, as well as clearly communicating with customers who may not always have an understanding of payroll processing or legislative requirements.

This is an exciting time to join the team and be part of transformative change in the way we help customers implement our platform.

You will work closely and broadly across our Implementations team, plus our product and customer support teams, with the opportunity to learn and grow within our start-up culture.

This includes:

  • Applying payroll best practice to the implementation of our EH payroll system.
  • Accurately interpreting Australian modern awards, enterprise agreements and other conditions of employment for clients going through the implementation process.
  • Conducting root cause analysis to make recommendations on how outcomes can be achieved within product functionality.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and being comfortable with having needs-based and outcome driven conversations.
  • Building and managing relationships with clients as we configure their platform.
