We are seeking an expert in software implementation to join our team as a Business Process Consultant. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SMB or Enterprise software solutions and be proficient in technology.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions using our cutting-edge SaaS technology.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business process improvements
  2. Gathering and documenting key business requirements
  3. Developing and implementing best practice solutions
  4. Maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication and project management

The successful applicant will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications include:

  1. Native or fluency in Cantonese
  2. SMB software implementation/consulting experience of 2 plus years
  3. Bachelor degree
  4. Project management certifications

Bonus points for experience with one or more of our products, industry expertise, native or fluency in Mandarin, and report writing experience.
