NetSuite Lead Functional Consultant Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned NetSuite expert to lead functional analysis and design discussions with clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising clients on the use of NetSuite solutions based on best practices and their business processes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and document gaps between standard processes and client business processes
  • Design end-to-end functional architecture and solution design
  • Configure NetSuite modules
  • Work with development teams on designing, testing and implementation of modifications and interfaces
  • Provide functional training and support for clients

You will also work closely with sales teams to ensure that solutions are scoped correctly from the start.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years NetSuite ERP implementation experience
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of core NetSuite Finance and WD modules
  • Resourceful, confident under pressure, and skilled in delivering complex solutions while managing client expectations
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed during project key milestones
