Job Title:
Motor Claims Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Motor Claims Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our claims management process, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of motor claims, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of motor claims, including third-party repairs and demands
Ensure accurate and efficient processing of claims, minimizing leakage and increased costs
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, reporting on claim progress and developments
Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve complex claims, ensuring the best possible outcome for all stakeholders
Collaborate with other insurers and parties to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in insurance, preferably in claims management
Sound knowledge of Australian Road Rules and applicable legislation
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex information
Passion for leveraging emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency
