Job Title:
Motor Claims Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Motor Claims Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our claims management process, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of motor claims, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of motor claims, including third-party repairs and demands
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of claims, minimizing leakage and increased costs
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, reporting on claim progress and developments
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve complex claims, ensuring the best possible outcome for all stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other insurers and parties to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in insurance, preferably in claims management
  • Sound knowledge of Australian Road Rules and applicable legislation
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex information
  • Passion for leveraging emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency
