We are seeking a skilled Motor Claims Specialist to join our team in Brisbane.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to work with our experienced professionals and contribute to the growth of our business. As a Motor Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for managing motor fleet claim files, investigating claims, and providing analysis as required. You will also communicate effectively with clients, claimants, and service providers to ensure timely resolution of claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Claims Management: Manage motor fleet claim files, including claims assessment, investigation, and resolution.
  • Liaison: Liaise with clients, claimants, and service providers to facilitate effective communication and timely resolution of claims.
  • Analysis: Provide analysis of claims as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in motor claims management.
  • Advanced Excel and Word skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including oral and written.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills.
