Motor Claims Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Motor Claims Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Claims department, you will be responsible for the management of motor fleet claim files including claims assessment, investigation, and resolution.

  • Responsibility for the management of motor fleet claim files including claims assessment, investigation, and resolution.
  • Liaising with clients, claimants, and service providers.
  • Providing analysis of claims as required.
  • Preparing necessary correspondence to advance/resolve claims.
  • Regularly reviewing and updating claims information as required.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Motor claims management experience.
  • Advanced Excel and Word skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including oral and written.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Highly demonstrated team ethic, orientation and awareness.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and be self-motivated.
  • Ability to produce a high standard of work, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail.
