As a senior claims consultant, you will deliver exceptional customer service to clients.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for managing end-to-end portfolios of complex motor claims files.
  • You will review each claim for acceptance in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  • You will ensure compliance with all applicable motor product regulations and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of complex, unusual, or high-value motor claims files.
  • Review each claim for acceptance in line with the ICA, PDS, and prior to dispute resolution or Ombudsman determination.
  • Ensure each claim complies with all applicable Motor product regulations and processes.
  • Gather additional information to validate events, underwrite claims accurately, and determine coverage.
Requirements:
  • Motor Claims experience.
  • Investigation experience (highly desirable).
  • Proven insurance claims knowledge.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
