Claims Professional Role

A new opportunity has arisen in our General Insurance Segment.

As a Claims Advisor, you will be responsible for managing medium and complex claims portfolios, developing relationships with brokers, service providers, and customers to deliver exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing prompt and technically accurate management of all allocated claims
  • Maintaining minimal downtime of vehicles, machinery, plant, or equipment
  • Operating within authority levels and procedural guidelines while maintaining a professional approach
  • Prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Reviewing, resolving, and proactively finalising claims within authority limits

To Succeed in this Role:

  • Multiple years of motor claims experience
  • Recognised industry qualification
  • Knowledge of Polisy system, Workflow systems, and Motor Vehicle claims experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the Motor Claims strategy and operational imperatives
