We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our Motor Claims team as a Fast Track Consultant.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing a portfolio of motor claims from start to finish.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the entire lifecycle of motor claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution for our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and understanding claim documents and reports to make informed decisions
  • Liaising with government agencies, contractors, repairers, and loss adjusters to provide excellent customer service and expedite claims resolution
  • Resolving complaints in accordance with company guidelines
  • Achieving monthly quality and productivity targets
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • Motor insurance experience, preferably in a claims handling capacity
  • Excellent interpersonal, spoken, and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in PC-based software, including database and Microsoft Office applications
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • A self-motivated individual with the ability to work autonomously
