**The opportunity**:
**What you can expect**:

- Assist customers with planning and booking reservations.
- Make reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgets.
- Assist with planning itineraries by suggesting attractions and options available at destination.
- Liaise with the Scheduling and Operations teams to utilise available buses and staff.
- Proactively communicate with new and existing customers for retention.

**The boxes you'll tick**:

- Previous experience in making reservations/bookings is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving ability to provide the best solutions to various queries.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) along with the ability to learn and utilise in-house systems.
