About this Opportunity

Vacancy exists for an experienced reservations professional to join our corporate office team in Sydney.

This role offers a unique chance to work in a dynamic environment, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the reservations process.

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • 2-3 years' experience in groups reservations or similar customer-facing roles within hotels, front office, or travel.
  • Proficiency in Opera Cloud preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maximising revenue through closing sales opportunities and upselling or cross-selling services.
  • Completing administrative tasks that support the reservations process and other service issues.
