Job Opportunity

The role of Reservations Coordinator is to handle all reservation requests, changes and cancellations. This includes identifying guest needs and selecting suitable room types.

A successful candidate will be skilled at answering questions about hotel facilities and room amenities, using sales techniques to assist guests with reservations.

  • Maintaining accurate records of guest information and history.
  • Identifying opportunities for up-selling and maximising revenue.
  • Demonstrating self-confidence, energy and personal effectiveness in the workplace.

To succeed in this position, a minimum of one year's experience in reservations/front office is required, as well as knowledge of property management systems and excellent communication skills.
