With plans for future growth to our portfolio, we are currently seeking a Full-time Reservations Agent to join our head office team based in Sydney's CBD.

The Role…

Reporting to the Reservations Manager, you'll liaise with our guests via phone and email to assist with their reservation enquiries for our lodges across Australia and New Zealand. From qualifying prospects and curating personalised guest experiences to creatively upselling and managing group bookings, you'll play an important role in creating seamless and memorable stays. If you're a natural communicator, a problem solver, and passionate about the hospitality and travel industry, join us in delivering exceptional guest satisfaction and contributing to our revenue growth.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Previous experience in reservations, hotel front office or as a travel agent
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sales acumen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Working knowledge of RMS or similar property management systems
  • Availability across weekdays and one Saturday per month
