Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office and Reservations Manager to join our team.This is a key leadership role that requires the ability to effectively manage front office and reservations staff, develop strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
About the RoleThis position involves coordinating and overseeing the running of the hotel in the absence of the Hotel Manager or Guest Experience Manager, monitoring hotel security, maximizing profitability of operations, and developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in front office and reservations management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities- Hotel Operations: Coordinate and oversee the running of the hotel in the absence of the Hotel Manager or Guest Experience Manager.
- Security and Profitability: Monitor hotel security and maximize profitability of operations.
- Customer Service: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
- Team Management: Manage front office and reservations staff, including training, appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Experience: Proven experience in front office and reservations management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skill: Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability: Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Organisation: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Analysis: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
