Job Title: Reservations Agent
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Reservations Agent.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all reservations activities, including recording and processing targets.
- A minimum of 6-12 months' experience in Front Office, Reservations or Customer Service is required.
- Qualifications in Hotel Management and/or Hospitality-related field are desirable.
- Proficiency in Opera Property Management System and integrated Point of Sale and channel management systems is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, conflict resolution, and fluency in English are necessary.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other departments is crucial.
