**Your role**:
As a UC Consultant, you will be responsible for pre-sales consultation, solution delivery and supporting UC solutions for our clients.

Pre-Sales Consultation
- providing support for business aligned technical discussions, quotations, proposals, RFIs, RFPs.

Solution Delivery
- leading or working within a team to deliver solutions to our clients based on the required scope

Support
- be accountable for service related issues, including Moves, Adds and Changes. You will be a L3 technical resource for escalations.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Support internal Telecommunication products and Video conferencing.
- Support Microsoft Teams Calling, SIP trunks, Hosted Telephony, On premise UC and Video Conference solutions for clients
- Pre-Sales Consultation with internal pre-sales teams, sales teams and clients. Provide solution design, project scoping, bill of materials, technical explanations and assist in client presentations
- Onsite deployment of UC equipment
- Project delivery of Microsoft Teams Calling, SIP trunks, Hosted Telephony, On premise UC and Video Conference solutions for clients
- Senior Technical Resource in the escalation of support requests as an L3 resource
- Provide technical knowledge transfer to other UC team members
- Work towards billable hours targets
- Ensure adherence to our Service Delivery policies, processes and procedures
- Strive for high levels of customer feedback scores
- Maintain ownership of incidents and escalations at client sites
- Ensure support SLA targets are achieved

**Key skills and qualifications required**:

- Minimum of 5 years UC pre sales consultation, delivery and support experience with technologies such as Microsoft SFB/Teams Calling & Meeting Room Video Conferencing, Cisco Call Manager, Broadsoft Cloud PBX, Mitel or equivalent
- Experience in Technical and Sales Enablement Pre-Sales; client and sales team engagement
- Understanding of VOIP and network related settings which effect VOIP.
- Experience in deploying Microsoft Teams Calling, SIP trunks, Hosted Telephony, On premise UC and Video Conference solutions
- Understanding of UC requirements from a user perspective
- Ability to work in a billable hour's environment
- Passion for customer service
- Ability to work autonomously
