At GenNet, we are a leading provider of innovative EX/CX communications solutions. We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Unified Communications Technical Professional. This role is designed for someone who is ready to take their skills and expertise to the next level and grow with our organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior technical professionals to design, implement, and support Microsoft and Zoom unified communications solutions for our clients.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Teams, M365, Dynamics 365, Zoom Phone, Zoom CX and related technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to unified communications platforms.
  • Conduct system audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Assist with customer training and provide technical guidance to ensure successful adoption and utilisation of unified communications solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in Microsoft and Zoom EX/CX technologies.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft and Zoom unified communications technologies,
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure and Power Platform environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow within the organisation.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-700, MS-900, MS-203) or willingness to obtain them.
