The End User Exp erience (EUX) team is dedicated to delivering the best workplace technology experience for all teams across CBA. Do work that matters
As a Unified Communications (UC) Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide communication systems. This includes mobile and desktop voice, video, messaging, and collaboration platforms that enable seamless and secure communication across the organisation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and support teams to ensure high availability, performance, and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain unified communication solutions including Microsoft Teams, Mobile Voice, Meeting Room Systems and Desktop Telephony
- Monitor, t roubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to UC infrastructure, including endpoints and network dependencies.
- Provide technical support and perform fault analysis to identify and remediate repeating issues
- Document system configurations, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
Ideal knowledge, skills & experience
- Have p revious experience in a Unified Communications or Mobility role.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Relevant Vendor Certifications are desirable , as is exposure to A gile methods of working.
This role is ideal for someone who has mastered at least one of the following technologies and is willing to get exposure to the remainder :
- Microsoft Teams
- Teams Telephony and Operator Connect
- Teams Phone Handsets and Teams Meeting Room Devices
- Powershell scripting and automation
